Orange Coconut Frost



  • 1 - (15-ounce) can Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut
  • 1 - (12-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 - cups ice cubes mint leaves and orange slices, optional


In blender container, combine cream of coconut, juice concentrate and vanilla; blend well. Gradually add ice, blending until smooth. Garnish with mint and orange if desired. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
