- 3/4 - cup Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut
- 2 - tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 - teaspoons cornstarch
In small saucepan, combine ingredients; bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened. Use to glaze ham during last 30 minutes of baking. Refrigerate leftovers.
MICROWAVE: In 2-cup glass measure, combine ingredients. Heat on 70% power (medium-high) 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Proceed as above.
