Creamy Strawberry Punch



  • 2 - (10-ounce) packages frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
  • 2 1/4 - cups pineapple juice
  • 3/4 - cup Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut
  • 1 - (10-ounce) bottle club soda, chilled ice fresh strawberries, optional


In blender container, blend frozen strawberries, pineapple juice and cream of coconut until smooth. Just before serving, add club soda. Serve over ice. Garnish with strawberries if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
