Caribbean French Toast



  • 2 - cups whole eggs
  • 1 1/2 - cups Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut
  • 30 - slices bread, day old


In mixer, beat eggs. Add cream of coconut and milk; mix well. Dip bread into mixture, allowing mixture to soak into bread. Fry on well-greased griddle until golden brown. Serve with flavored syrups, fruit preserves or honey. Refrigerate unused portion.
