INGREDIENTS
- 1 - quart rich eggnog
- 6 - eggs
- 1 - tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 - quart heavy cream
- 1 - can Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut
- 12 - ounces of light rum nutmeg
PREPARATIONS
Beat eggs; add to eggnog. Add vanilla, cream, Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut and rum. Serve in cups, sprinkled with nutmeg.
