ORANGE COCONUT FROST
MAKES ABOUT 5 CUPS
1 (15-ounce) can of Coco Lopez ® Cream of Coconut
1 (12 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups of ice cubes
Mint leaves and orange slices, optional
In blender container, combine the cream of coconut, the juice concentrate and the vanilla;
Blend well. Gradually add ice, blending until smooth.
Garnish with mint and orange if desired.
Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers
