CARIBBEAN FRENCH TOAST

 

MAKES 1 QUART BATTER; 30 SLICES

 

 

Ingredients

 

2 cups whole eggs

1 ½ cups of Coco Lopez ® Cream of Coconut

30 slices bread, day old

 

Instructions

 

In mixer, beat eggs. Add cream of coconut and milk; mix well. Dip bread into

mixture, allowing mixture to soak into bread. Fry on well-greased griddle until

golden brown. Serve with flavored syrups, fruit preserves or honey. Refrigerate

unused portion.
